Job Summary
MW Appointments is seeking an experienced IBA Executive to join our team. As a subject matter expert within the Insurance Broking Accounts department, you will be recognised as a specialist who can be relied upon to provide support across the IBA function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on own allocation of work across one (or several) of the below areas:
  • Credit Control
  • Cash Application
  • Insurer Reconciliation/Bordereaux
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Client Money Calculations
  • Management of own portfolio of accounts/insurers, ensuring all key activities completed for your area of responsibility
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of the team.
  • Provide support to the IBA manager and act as a first point of contact for queries and escalations.
  • Support process enhancements, IT integration, audit requests and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of IBA functions from an insurance background.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
