The Stereo Creative Ltd team is seeking a highly skilled Motion and Brand Lead to join our creative team.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with our team to develop innovative motion design solutions for brand identities, campaigns, and animation projects. You will be responsible for leading projects from concept to production, inspiring teams at each stage, and presenting ideas and motion back to the wider creative teams as well as external clients and partners.

We are looking for someone who is detail-obsessed with a strong design background, knowledgeable on the fundamentals of great storytelling, and comfortable expressing their ideas through storyboards and/or treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Create best-in-class motion for brand identities, campaigns, and animation projects.
  • Lead projects independently from concept to production and inspire teams at each stage.
  • Edit short-form video-led projects and cut mood films for pitches and internal work.
  • Confidently present ideas and motion back to the wider creative teams as well as external clients and partners.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest motion and design trends and champion new ways of working within the studio.
  • Confident editing skills with Premiere, proficient in the usual design tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • A thorough understanding of 3D motion pipelines and integration into 2D work-streams.
  • Detail-obsessed with a strong design background and awareness of current trends in both motion and design.
  • Knowledgeable on the fundamentals of great storytelling and how to apply to both film and motion briefs.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
