Job Description

Majorplayers is a dynamic tech company based in London, seeking a talented Motion Graphics Director to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality motion graphics and leading our creative team.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled motion designer with over 5 years of experience and a proven track record of leading creative projects. You will have a strong portfolio showcasing animation styles and editing techniques, as well as experience managing teams and maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, web, and video.
  • Collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers to produce cohesive and engaging visual content.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to ensure innovative and effective motion design solutions.
  • Mentor junior motion designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their professional growth.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the motion design process.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and editing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and managing a team of designers.
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics.
  • Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Reddit.
