Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager is a key role within the AccorHotel team, responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar. This position requires a strong leader who can direct the F&B team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage food and beverage costs, uphold menu standards, and control inventory to ensure profitability.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently, and customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink, and service they receive.
  • Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained space.
  • Involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management, and end-of-month reporting.
  • Work duty manager shifts as and when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication abilities, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate the F&B team.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, with a focus on menu engineering and inventory management.
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety practices, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on meeting business needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
