Telesales and Business Growth Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for calling out to new leads, exploring their requirements, and proposing a suitable network and pricing structure. You will use your CRM system to manage your pipeline and set activities, communicate via telecommunications and email, and collaborate across all departments to build strong working relationships with all employees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for sales and customer service. You will also have the opportunity to earn a salary range of £26k-£28k DOE, plus uncapped commission potentially reaching up to £7k per year. Additionally, you will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and be part of a supportive and dynamic work environment where you are valued and recognised.
