Job Description
As a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse with Recruit4vets Ltd, you will play a key role in leading our nursing team and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of registered veterinary nurses, ensuring effective workflow and high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing training and education.
- Collaborate with other senior staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operation of the practice.
- Support the development of administrative systems and processes, including rostering and stock management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in veterinary nursing or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a registered veterinary nurse, including leadership or senior nurse roles.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with effective team management and delegation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Benefits
The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, based on skills and experience. You will also receive a contributory pension scheme, generous CPD allowance, and funding towards certificates.
