Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are recruiting for an experienced Housekeeper to supervise the day-to-day running of the Domestic Staff at Sanders Senior Living, working within the team to ensure a high degree of cleanliness in all areas of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize day-to-day work requirements and set required standards against which work will be checked, in accordance with correct procedures.
- Carry out necessary housekeeping duties to ensure the home remains clean and homely at all times, including the care of linen and service users' personal laundry, making beds, and ensuring service users' bedrooms are clean and tidy.
- Assist with any other housekeeping duties that may arise, including cleaning the kitchen area, laying and cleaning tables, washing up, and ensuring food preparation areas are hygienically cleaned and maintained.
Requirements:
- NVQ Health and Safety
- COSHH
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Care Home environment is preferred.
