Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 60,000 sq ft warehouse facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring high levels of housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Oversee the scheduling of daily workloads and allocation of staff, including overtime approval and accountability.
- Conduct daily morning briefings with the team, in conjunction with Warehouse Supervisors and Warehouse Administrator.
- Ensure all relevant iAuditor inspections are carried out to required standards, including inbound, outbound, and equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage site traffic, including inbound and outbound vehicles and FLT onsite.
- Process and maintain our internal ERP System, including recording stock movements and processing picks.
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
