Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced landscaper to join our team at Drewlo Holdings. As a key member of our landscape crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and integrity of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turf maintenance, including grass cutting and trimming using self-propelled mowers and gas trimmers
  • New landscape and irrigation installs
  • Weeding, cultivating, and edging garden beds
  • Property clean-up using back-pack blowers
  • Garbage collection, including litter, bulk, and cardboard
  • Snow plowing and shoveling during the winter season
  • Rental unit turn overs, carpet tear out, kitchen, and bath renovations
  • Safe and responsible operation of equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years industry knowledge and experience
  • Valid and clean driver's license and abstract, Class G license
  • Strong work ethic, organized, attention to detail, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete projects within time restraints
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Turf and plant identification skills are an asset
  • Physical fitness to perform all duties, including lifting, pushing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
  • Compliance with all company policies and regulations
