Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Multitraders

TXM Recruit is proud to partner with an award-winning organisation on a new project in Tobridge and surrounding areas. We are seeking skilled Multi traders to join their expanding team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Conduct responsive maintenance and void property maintenance.
  4. Ensure the highest quality of work is consistently delivered.
Working Hours and Pay

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. NVQ trade qualification(s)
  2. Multi trade experience
  3. Full current driving licence
  4. DBS check required prior to commencement
