TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation on a new project in the Tobridge area. They are seeking experienced Multi traders to join a growing team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Carry out responsive maintenance and void property maintenance.
  4. Ensure the quality of work meets the highest standards.
Working Hours and Pay

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. NVQ trade qualification(s)
  2. Multi trade experience
  3. Full current driving licence
  4. DBS check required before commencement
