Salary:The hourly rate starts at £11 per hour + bonus, with the potential to earn more by working your way through a grading structure.
Job Description:You will manufacture components and sub-assembly components according to the production plan.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and SOPs.
- Skillfully use a wide range of air and hand tools.
- Follow a defined process without deviation.
- Maintain and build all assemblies to the quality standard required.
- Use and maintain company tools in a safe, clean, and workable condition.
- Complete all company documentation where necessary and maintain all work areas to company standard.
To be effective in this role, you will have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
You will be competent in working with power and air tools and have a flexible, can-do attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience of working within a manufacturing site/production line would be advantageous but is not essential.
