Purpose

This role is responsible for transforming requirements into software that maximizes business value and customer satisfaction. As an Agile Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Write software code that meets requirements and optimizes software performance using programming, scripting, and database languages.
  2. Identify and leverage existing software components, libraries, and frameworks to enhance solutions.
  3. Apply knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  4. Contribute to requirement analysis and estimations, ensuring that software solutions meet business needs.
  5. Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements.
  6. Design and code software structures, including functions, design patterns, layers, and more.
  7. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing code comments, layouts, diagrams, and charts.
  8. Collaborate with peers to design and code functions, ensuring quality and cost adherence.
  9. Follow established processes, including reporting and code submission.
  10. Communicate effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
