Purpose

This role is responsible for transforming requirements into software that meets the needs of our clients and maximizes business value.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Write high-quality software code using programming languages, scripting languages, and database languages to meet requirements and optimize software performance.
  2. Identify and reuse existing software components, libraries, and frameworks to improve solution efficiency.
  3. Apply software development best practices, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  4. Contribute to requirement analysis and estimation, ensuring that software solutions meet client needs.
  5. Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements.
  6. Design and code software functions with guidance from more experienced peers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing code comments, layouts, diagrams, and charts.
  8. Follow defined processes, including reporting and code submission.
  9. Communicate effectively within a team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
