Job Summary:

At OrganOx, we are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sustainability initiatives, ensuring that our operations are environmentally friendly and socially responsible. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and help us achieve our mission to save lives by making every donated organ count.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark our ESG performance and develop strategies to improve it.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to communicate our sustainability progress and initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, visitors, local communities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and execute compelling sustainability initiatives to improve our ESG performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to ESG legislation and best practices.
  • Align our ESG activities with our company mission to advance the field of transplantation.
  • Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Computer literate to a high level in Microsoft Office applications.
