About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team in the Havering area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke sessions on a one-to-one basis to young people unable to attend mainstream education.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our students. Previous roles as a Teacher, Teaching Assistant, or Mentor would be highly advantageous.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering one-to-one sessions to students with SEN.
  • Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans in English and Maths.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for students.
