Property Portfolio Manager

Full-Time or Part-Time application considered.
Job Summary:
The Property Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of property management firms and acting as the main point of contact for urgent and critical matters. This role requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual with extensive experience in property management, administration, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the performance of property management firms, ensuring that they meet agreed standards and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and insurance obligations related to the properties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for urgent property-related issues.
- Liaise with the in-house accountant and provide regular financial and operational updates to the owner.
- Oversee lease agreements, rental payments, and both preventative and reactive maintenance works.
- Identify and assess potential opportunities for portfolio expansion and property acquisitions.
- Ensure that all properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in property management, ideally with a background working with high-net-worth individuals or portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of the UK property market and associated legal frameworks.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in property management software, financial management tools, and other relevant technology.
