Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Assist in creating a caring environment, participating in activities and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the home.
- Work collaboratively with care staff and other teams to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support.
- Carry out personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, with dignity and respect.
- Working towards the qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements.
- SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (as per SSSC guidelines) is desirable.
