  • Support individuals to access community resources and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare staff, social workers, and other support workers.

Requirements:

  • 6 months paid experience in a support and care role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and cope with challenging behavior.
