About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a Cybersecurity Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and developing the structure of our Cybersecurity Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment with Cybersecurity and other stakeholders to identify core requirements for the Framework.
  • Define the setup and key artifacts defining the Framework.
  • Develop and maintain processes to maintain the Framework.
  • Operate processes to harmonize relevant requirements into a unified model, ensuring consistency between the different components.
  • Monitor and report to ensure artifacts are kept current.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT/Information Security Governance in large, global organizations.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining (Cybersecurity) Governance frameworks, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in Governance or Risk Management aligned to Standards (ISO27001, SP800-57, etc.) required.
  • Knowledge of relevant security/governance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27001, CobiT, etc.) required.
  • Security Governance/Risk Management certification (CISSP, CGEIT, CISM, CRISC, etc.) is a plus.
