We are seeking an experienced Engineering Front Line Manager to join our Engineering Team at our Bradford Bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of Shift Engineers to achieve functional excellence and drive improvements in our operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of Shift Engineers to achieve functional excellence and drive improvements in our operations.
  • Propose, submit, and manage capital projects up to £50k to improve material usage and efficiency.
  • Ensure total compliance with all applicable corporate and legal standards, including personal safety, food safety, quality, hygiene, and environment.
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and demonstrate a willingness to accept changes in operational requirements at short notice.
  • Have Food or FMCG Engineering experience.
