Job Description

This role involves leading a team of programme and project managers to deliver high-value, complex projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as a project management qualification and commercial and financial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management within complex manufacturing, ideally aviation or aerospace. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure clear communication of programme requirements and timelines.

Key Objectives:

  • To transform the business to a 'Full Product Lifecycle Programs Lead' by implementing lean processes and driving output excellence
  • To serve as the first point of contact within the company for all programme-related escalations from customers and OEMs
  • To report to board level on programme performance in line with contract deliverables and budgets
  • To establish collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers externally to ensure clear communication of programme requirements and timelines
  • To identify and mitigate portfolio risks/issues

About the Company

Rubicon People Partnership has partnered with AVIC Cabin Systems on an exclusive basis. They design, manufacture, certify, and maintain cabin interiors for major airlines such as Airbus and Boeing.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
