We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing various clients' payroll, processing calculations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll administration, with excellent working knowledge of tax, NI, SMP, SSP, overtime, and bonuses. You will also be responsible for managing Auto-Enrolment for Pensions and ensuring that all payroll processes are completed accurately and on time.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an excellent benefits package, including 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical cover after probationary period, company pension, hybrid working available, free on-site parking, sick pay, and cycle-to-work scheme.
