We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a financial background to join our team at Damia Group Ltd. Our company is a fast-growing private equity backed business operating in the rapidly evolving consumer healthcare space.

Our clients have over 200 practices in the UK and are expanding within and outside the UK. This role's focus is mainly on Oracle Fusion ERP and Process Mapping.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes. They will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve operational efficiency.

This is an initial 3-month contract outside IR35. The successful candidate will be required to work mainly remotely, with occasional visits to our office in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop process improvements
  • Develop and maintain process maps and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
