As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialized support to service users, ensuring the best possible outcomes in their recovery journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with service users to develop personalized care plans
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Providing written reports to the multidisciplinary team and other professionals
Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
