We are looking for a highly skilled QHSE Manager - Bristol to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our QHSE department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained across all aspects of our business.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality System Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement quality systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
    • Lead the development and implementation of quality procedures and guidelines
  • Audit and Compliance
    • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality systems
    • Identify and mitigate risks to quality and safety
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and safety
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and safety issues
  • Requirements:
    • Formal qualification in Quality Management or related field
    • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including performance-based bonuses and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing company in a thriving industry.
