Office and Operations Coordinator

As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the continued success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong background in Office Management. You will need to be proficient in Xero software and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Manage the fleet of company vehicles, including maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Office Management role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Xero software and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Familiarity with clerical duties and administrative processes.
- Fleet management experience.
Estimated Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum.
