Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children? Do you have excellent communication skills and previous experience working with SEND children?

We are seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to join our team in a large primary school in Kent. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class Teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document children's progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability
  • Create a stimulating classroom setting and create learning resources to enhance children's learning
  • Work as part of a team to provide tailored support to children on a 1:1 or group basis
