Job Description:

As a Support Worker at Sense, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who require support with daily living tasks and accessing various activities within the community.

About the Role:

This part-time position (21 hours, three days a week) is a fixed-term contract due to end in August 2025. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations by providing person-centred support and developing tailored learning plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with learners to create and implement effective learning plans that promote community involvement and reduce social isolation.
  • Support individuals with their personal care needs as required.
  • Collaborate with learners to achieve long-term goals outlined in Individual Learning Plans and social care programs.

Requirements:

  • A caring and motivated individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
  • No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
