Your expertise will ensure the overall success of our hospital catering service, maintaining the highest standards of food production, service, value, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement innovative menus catering to various dietary needs.
* Manage food costs and inventory effectively.
* Oversee kitchen operations ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
* Lead and manage multiple kitchen teams.
* Ensure Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
* Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene standards.

Requirements:

* BTEC National Diploma in hotel/hospitality, catering and institutional management or equivalent.
* Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
* Supervisory level experience within a large scale catering operation.
* Previous experience managing a food service environment.

This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and will require a submission for Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
