Executive HVAC Business Development Manager

- A competitive salary and company car with commission, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

About the Role
This role is part of the Building Technologies and Solutions business, focusing on VRF / Chiller / Heat Pump sales via the end-user and specification/consultant market, as well as main Contractors and M&E Contractors. You will have access to innovative products that differentiate us from competitors, allowing you to drive new business across your network while building on existing customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
You will identify and pursue product-driven opportunities within the HVAC sector to drive profitable growth. Develop, communicate, and execute a strategic plan aimed at expanding the brand's presence and success. As a seasoned sales professional, you will function independently, focus on customer needs, and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous VRF / Chiller / Heat Pump HVAC industry experience (either Engineer or Sales) and a proven track record of creating new accounts and expanding existing clients. Strong communication skills are essential, with a history of developing sales within a commercial environment. Prior sales experience within the VRF market and leading Brand HVAC knowledge (e.g., Daikin/Mitsubishi/ Hitachi) are highly desirable.
