Administrative Services Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available for a knowledgeable HR Coordinator/HR Assistant to progress into a HR Officer role with a Multi-Academy Trust based in Stourbridge. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR, preferably with L5 CIPD qualification, and experience working within the education sector.
About the Position
This is a great chance to take on a more challenging role, managing employee lifecycle processes, developing and delivering training, and supporting payroll processes. You will be acting as a key point of contact for all HR-related queries and contributing to the review and development of the staff absence management policy and reporting procedure.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a key point of contact for all HR-related queries
* Managing employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and onboarding activity
* Developing and delivering training to key stakeholders on safer recruitment, inductions, probation, T&C's, absences, wellbeing, and staff benefits
* Contributing to the review and development of the staff absence management policy and reporting procedure
* Processing new starters, leavers, and contract variations
* Supporting payroll processes
Requirements
* Experience working within HR
* Ideally L5 CIPD (Support for qualification can be provided)
* Ideally experience working within the education sector
* Solid understanding of good practice, current legislation, and policy within education
* Excellent communication skills
Working Hours
The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week on-site with flexible start and finish times. Please note that recent experience is required to apply for this role.
