About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Social Worker to join our team at Priory Hospital Lincolnshire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe care to our patients, ensuring consistently high standards of practice that comply with Social Work England Code of Practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate, negotiate, and manage mandatory processes and procedures to ensure unit compliance with current legislation and statutory regulation.
  • Take appropriate action to maintain a humanistic and compassionate ethos while working with complex situations of social need and risk.
  • Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver person-centered care, focusing on personalization and recovery.
  • Support individuals to make positive, self-directed change.

Requirements

  • Must be HCPC registered.
  • Experience or new qualification will be considered.
