Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic weekend team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with clients and candidates, understanding client needs, and customizing staffing solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and Candidate Relations
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth.
  • Staffing Solutions
    • Understand client needs and tailor existing staffing solutions to meet their demands.
  • Candidate Management
    • Liaise with candidates to ensure up-to-date availability for successful placements.
  • Communication and Support
    • Provide excellent communication and support to clients and candidates, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must be driven, organized, able to multitask well, and possess good problem-solving skills. Effective communication at all levels is essential, as is the ability to work well within a small team. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow your career.

Work Arrangements

The working hours for this position vary, but typically include:

  • Monday to Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm
  • Overnight shifts: 10 pm - 7 am
Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, to reward your hard work and dedication.
