We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Adult Care service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in adult care
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support

Requirements
