Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Retirement Housing Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing housing management functions for our retirement living services.

The role involves working across multiple schemes in the Nottingham and Derby area, therefore, a car driver is essential. The purpose of this role is to ensure the daily monitoring of PIR systems, carrying out Health & Safety checks within the schemes, and dealing with customers face-to-face.

You will also be responsible for reporting repairs and managing the schemes to ensure all systems are up to date and relevant. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily welfare checking on customers to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Acting as a point of reference for customers on the phone or in a reception area as required
  • Providing comprehensive housing management, including working with tenancy agreements
  • Carrying out day-to-day office administration functions to maintain records and files securely
  • Reporting repairs and maintenance needs on behalf of customers following agreed procedures
  • Assisting in the monitoring and delivery of service contracts at the scheme, including lifts, heating, fire equipment, gardening, etc.
  • Working in line with health and safety standards, monitoring, and reporting any discrepancies within schemes
Salary and Benefits:

This is a salaried position with an estimated £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
