About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team within the Inpatient Theatres unit at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical, technical, and emotional support to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with trained nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Previous experience in a hospital setting is an advantage, but not essential as comprehensive training and support will be provided.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, working within a 7-day week, including weekends and public holidays.
