About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team within the Inpatient Theatre Unit at RAH. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical, technical, and emotional support to patients in a busy acute environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospital environment is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team culture.
