We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Operations Manager to join our team at Aldi UK. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including overseeing daily operations, managing stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Lead and Develop a Team of sales assistants, providing guidance, training, and coaching to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth by implementing effective sales strategies, managing promotions, and optimizing store layouts.
  • Manage Store Operations including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products, as well as maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance using sales data and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Leadership Skills to motivate and develop a team of sales assistants.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze sales data and other metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
