Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead our Contract Services team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Soft Services Management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall efficient and effective delivery of Soft Services contracts, ensuring compliance with contract charges and requirements.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans, ensuring compliance with current legislation, quality requirements, and client needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Soft Services Management role, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong understanding of commercial awareness, budget management, and financial analysis.
  • The ability to monitor and challenge processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proven experience in managing people, challenging situations, and influencing business objectives.
