About Our Nursery

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for supporting our children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development, while also contributing to our team's efforts to maintain a safe and healthy environment. You will work closely with our experienced practitioners to plan and implement activities, observe and record children's progress, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the nursery, including planning and implementing activities
  • Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessment and evaluation processes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • GCSE English (Grade 4) or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
