Job Title: Operating Department Nurse

Estimated Salary: £34,130 - £43,730 per annum

Cromwell Hospital is seeking an experienced Operating Department Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the perioperative department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Participating in the delegation and supervision of junior grades and non-registered staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • RN – 1st level Registration Adult and/or Children / Diploma or Degree in Health Care Studies / ODP Level 3 NVQ / ODA 752.
  • Previous scrub nurse experience.
  • Proven recent perioperative experience.
  • Ability to deliver high standards of care.
