Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Rainham Steel's Central Distribution Depot. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
  • Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity
