About the Job:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Educational Assistant - Literacy Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our teaching staff to provide coaching and guidance to teachers on literacy practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to teachers on literacy practices
  • Develop and implement literacy programmes
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering literacy lessons

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with children in an educational setting is essential
  • Strong knowledge of literacy practices and strategies
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Salary: £28,258 - £30,294 per annum (dependent on experience)
