About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working across a variable rota, ensuring the security of our premises through proactive patrols and prompt incident response. As part of our 12-hour shift pattern, you will be responsible for monitoring fire, security, and building systems, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Monitoring: Regularly patrol the site to ensure its security, identifying potential risks and addressing them promptly.
  • Incident Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, taking necessary actions to minimize their impact.
  • Task Management: Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel to provide comprehensive coverage and support, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance overall performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have the right to work in the UK, possess an SIA license, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a strong work ethic. Additionally, a full UK driving license and experience within the Security Industry are advantageous.
