**Leisure and Hospitality Leadership Role**

Exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership position at a prestigious golf and leisure club. The Club is set amidst a 350-acre picturesque woodland site and features 24 holes of championship golf, a modern clubhouse, fitness suite, and Padel court.

As part of the club's restructuring, we are seeking an experienced executive to oversee the overall performance, design and implement a strategic growth plan, and deliver exceptional member, guest, and visitor experiences.

This key role entails:

  1. Owning and delivering the Club's strategic, capital, and annual plans.
  2. Leading, mentoring, and developing a strong management team with effective performance management and succession planning.
  3. Fostering a positive culture that promotes personal development, outstanding performance, and rewards excellence.
  4. Developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to boost membership, visitor revenue, and secondary income streams.
  5. Presenting dynamic growth strategies to the Board, incorporating new opportunities that provide a return on investment and enhance the on-site portfolio.
  6. Collaborating with the Finance Team to maintain the Club's financial integrity and ensure adequate internal controls.
  7. Delivering exceptional experiences and delighting members, guests, and visitors at all times.
  8. Working with the Estates Director to maintain golf courses and practice facilities to the highest standards.
  9. Partnering with the Clubhouse Manager to provide a consistently exceptional Clubhouse experience.

**Key Requirements**

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. Senior management experience within a premium leisure or hospitality-based business.
  2. Strong strategic acumen and business management skills.
  3. Proven track record of implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
  5. Excellent financial acumen, including cost control, accurate reporting, and compliance.
  6. Highly personable, engaging, and visible leadership qualities.
  7. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with the Board, Team, and Members.
  8. Inspirational leadership capabilities.
  9. Commitment to progressing the Royal Norwich Club's performance and reputation.

Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
