We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations to lead our team at PART & COMPANY Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gastro pub, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver timely and organized service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the owner and other department heads to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a gastro pub or high-end restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor control.
