About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Ongo Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking plumbing repairs and renovations within our housing stock, including installing and maintaining sinks, showers, toilets, radiators, and pipework systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To undertake all plumbing repair and renovation work as identified within the housing stock
  • To install and maintain sinks, showers, toilets, radiators, and pipework systems
  • To be customer-focused at all times and have the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
  • To work with various forms of technology, including an iPad, to ensure tasks are deployed and completed correctly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating or 5 years' experience in a related field
  • Experience of property repairs, construction techniques, and maintenance work
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety at Work practices and COSHH regulations
  • Ability to carry out dynamic risk assessments and provide a high-quality service
