Some of the Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Drive curriculum development by crafting engaging learning materials, marking student assignments, and ensuring that learning objectives are met effectively. Your commitment to excellence will ensure that student achievement is accurately recorded.
Programme Management: Play a pivotal role in managing learning programmes, ensuring quality assurance through the utilization of diverse assessment methods. Your guidance will facilitate student counselling, coaching, mentoring, and smooth student administration.
Contribution to Course Enhancement: Contribute to course verification and leadership, and engage in significant research and consultancy activities. Your input will enrich our courses and drive innovation in plumbing education.
Subject Area Development: Lead the development of specific subject areas, coordinating course teams and students for seamless curriculum delivery. Your organizational skills will ensure efficient timetabling and smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week)

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
