White Goods Service Technician
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by installing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods appliances in their homes. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be working independently to manage your own day and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
We are looking for a skilled and efficient individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a proven track record in white goods repairs and are eager to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, diagnose, and repair white goods appliances in customers' homes
- Provide technical knowledge and support to customers
- Manage your own day and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances
Requirements:
- Proven experience in white goods repairs
- Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ideal ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1)
